Product Description

It has the same origin as green lentil.  Its size is smaller compared with green lentil.  All its other features bear the resemblance to green lentils. 
 
The lentil grains contain *3% protein. Protein content increases to *6% for crustless lentil and therefore, it is considered as a nutrition-rich pulses. 
 
The cultivation of the red lentils is made in particular in South Eastern Anatolia.  It is cultivated in Gaziantep, Barak, Şanlıurfa, Viranşehir, Nusaybin, Diyarbakır, Bismil, Mardin, Kızıltepe, Ceylanpınar and Siverek.
